Justin stretches his body across the mattress, letting the silky crisp texture of the sheets cool off his burning skin. His eyes are shut but he can tell it's late morning.
Every muscle in his body aches in a million different ways and it's not just because he spent last night fucking his brains out. He had reached his orgasmic high last night, not just in bed but also in a whole other way and in his second, most favorite place.
"Good morning, Sunshine; great show last night," a familiar, raspy voice greets him as he flutters his eyes open.
"Shut up, you're just saying that to make me feel good. I told you not to do that," Justin huffs.
Justin scoffs as a sculptured, scruffy jaw line brushes against his, followed by a pair of soft, ripe lips that are passionately pressed into his. "Would it be okay if I do that, then?" the deep, velvety, ragged voice caresses his ear.
Justin snorts and reaches out to try and get the pleasant yet uncalled for distraction out of the way.
"Be still, my beating heart," the voice continues.
"I'm flattered, Brian, but we'll have to reschedule. I have class." Justin pushes himself from the mattress leaving Brian, the guy who just woke him up so nicely, all alone on his back in their bed.
"Fuck, my pique turns were hideous last night," Justin groans as he enters the shower. "And I hate my feet," he points out, looking down.
"Good thing the rest of your body measures up," Brian replies as he's staring at the ceiling. His erection grows rapidly but he knows better than to go into the shower with Justin this morning. Not after an opening night of Romeo and Juliet with Justin in the leading role.
"Briaaan?" Justin raises his voice a bit after a few minutes so Brian could hear him from the shower. "Can you come here?"
"Are you sure?" Brian is taken by surprise. He's been living with Justin long enough to know about his post opening night rituals.
"Yes," Justin says, his voice slightly distorted by the cascading water. "I want you to wash my back."
Brian swallows hard. His cock tells him he's in for a well deserved treat but his mind warns him that this impromptu morning fuck might mean there's trouble in paradise.
_ _ _ _ _
It's been almost ten years since they first met. Back then Brian Kinney was a 30-year-old ad man who was hired by the New York City Ballet to create a brand new campaign for their upcoming ballet season. He'd never done those kinds of things before, but as soon as he was introduced to the young blond dancer in the Director's Office he knew he had to have him.
The young dancer, Justin Taylor, was meant to be the new face of the New York City Ballet after he had just arrived from the Pittsburgh Ballet Company and stormed onto the New York Ballet scene. The critics raved about him after just one solo in The Nutcracker so much so that the company's Managing Director obviously had to make the young, hot, classical ballet dancer their poster boy.
Brian coaxed him into his apartment later that day, thinking he might be just another cute, random ass, but the young dancer kept coming back for more, and before he knew it Brian Kinney found himself in a relationship. He'd never been in a relationship before. The very word gave him the creeps at first, but after more than a few great fucks Brian realized there was no way he was kicking this sensational, young star out of his bed even if it meant cutting down on other potential, young, firm random asses.

"Better now?" Brian lowers his head, whispering into his partner's ear.
The blond leans his head against the shower glass door, still trying to even his breath.
Brian runs his fingers down Justin's petite but toned back, trying to ease the tension in his muscles. It's not often that Justin is still so wired up and jittery after a nice back wash and good long fuck in the shower, but this morning things are obviously taking a turn in a different direction.
"I'll be late for class," Justin points out after a slight pause.
"So? That never bothered you before, as I recall." Brian pulls his lips inward and slaps Justin's perfectly shaped, naked butt.
"Well… lots of things didn't bother me before but… God! Why did I have to suck last night just as he was there??" Justin shrugs in frustration and walks out of the shower.
"He who shall never be mentioned?" Brian's voice sharpens. Justin only refers to one person as he after both of them agreed they wouldn't mention that person by his actual name ever again. Yet Brian can't hide his doubts when he's inevitably reminded of Justin's brief affair with ' he who shall never be mentioned ', Ethan Gold, a young violinist who used to play in the orchestra of the NYC ballet a few years back.
"Not him!" Justin suddenly shrugs and turns to face Brian. He rises on his tip toes to kiss Brian gently on his lips.
"I'm still not convinced." Brian smiles into Justin's mouth.
Justin pulls Brian in, pressing their lips harder and their bodies closer together.
"Okay, okay… I believe you," Brian gasps with his tongue deep in Justin's mouth.
"Do you?" Justin says as they break the kiss. He sits on the edge of the bed stretching his toned legs before he starts to get dressed.
"Unless there's something else you're still not telling me," Brian replies.
"I can tell you, but you won't understand it anyway," Justin says.
"Try me." Brian looks into Justin's eyes.
"You sure?" Justin teases before he continues. "So… guess who was in the audience for Opening Night? Other than you, obviously?"
"Who?" Brian sounds surprisingly amused.
"Baryshnikov, that's who." Justin announces.
"I see…And you're upset because he didn't try to hit on you?" Brian asks.
"For your information he did try." Justin doesn't even flinch. "But that's not why I'm upset. I'm upset because he was there looking for a dancer for a new ballet he's creating for his own company, but I sucked!!" Justin flaps his hands against his thighs.
"Well… let's see if we can fix it now." Brian grins and peels Justin's sweat pants off him as he skillfully flips him onto his stomach on their huge bed.

"Where have you been? I've been trying your cell for almost an hour. It rolls to voice mail right away." An elegant, petite, dark-skinned dancer dressed in pastel-colored leotard and sweat pants with her hair tightly pulled back into a bun tells Justin as he quietly enters the large room.
"It was turned off, Daphne," Justin whispers back at her as they start to warm up by the bar at the far end of the room.
"Well… I hope it was worth it because Ted is frantically searching for you," she says, pointing to a gray-haired guy dressed in black with a large gray scarf wrapped around his neck. The man is closely watching a group of dancers rehearsing a fight scene from Romeo and Juliet. Ted Schmidt was a principal dancer years ago, way before Justin started out, and now he's the Artistic Director of the company.
"He's obviously ready to give me a hard time about how much I sucked last night in the balcony scene," Justin says. Daphne, who's been the company's principal ballerina in the last few seasons and dances the role of Juliet with Justin in this production, smiles over sympathetically at him and gives him a pat on the back.
Ted and Justin nod politely at each other as Justin leaves the bar and approaches Ted.
"Look …I know I sucked big time last night. I made too many stupid mistakes. I'm sorry," Justin admits quietly. "I knew I shouldn't have let it affect me, but in the back of my mind I kept thinking that the great Baryshnikov was there watching me."
"Hands off, Mister, I saw him first," Ted huffs dramatically.
"Haha...Very funny," Justin smiles at the former dancer.
"Well… apparently he didn't think so. He thought you were outstanding and he wants to take a chance on you. His own words, not mine, I swear. So stop drooling, young man, because Misha himself chose you for the leading role in a new, upcoming ballet for his company. Rehearsals starts next week and you'll be touring with him for at least three months unless they wind up with an extended run. Well done, Taylor, I'm proud of you," Ted concludes as he hugs the overwhelmed blond.

"I can't believe you're giving up such an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime offer!" Daphne exclaims as she and Justin walk out of the NYC Ballet main building later that evening after they had spent the entire day rehearsing.
"I don't know, Daph. I mean, I'm the principal dancer in one of the most renowned companies in the world, I'm in an amazing relationship with a man I love, and we live in this amazing apartment… I can't let that all go," Justin explains.
"But it's… I mean… how can you turn it down? Don't you trust yourself?" Daphne looks back at her long time friend and dance partner.
"I guess I don't," Justin whispers back. "I mean what if there would be another guy? Another stupid, careless fling? I can't take that risk again."
"So you're giving up on something every dancer dreams of?" Daphne asks.
"I wish it was an easy choice, but I'm not alone in this. I'll have to tell Brian about it. It's got to be our mutual decision," Justin tells her before they part ways.
_ _ _ _ _ _
"He said what??" Daphne exclaims over the phone a couple of hours later when Justin calls her.
"I just told you, didn't I?" Justin answers.
"I know, but I want to be sure I heard it correctly," Daphne insists.
"He said he knows it's a major turning point for him, for me, and for us," Justin pauses, "and then he proposed!"
Justin giggles as Daphne's happy cheers ring in his ear.
"And what did you say?" she keeps inquiring.
"He said yes!" Brian intervenes.
Brian approaches his fiancé from behind. He wraps his arms around the toned yet slim waist. He plants a sloppy kiss on his lips while gently taking the phone out of his hands.
"Later, Daphne," Brian then mumbles absentmindedly into the receiver and hangs up, tossing the phone aside. "God, it's going to be three looong months." He groans. "We'd better start practicing your splits, jumps, and turns as much as we can, and we'd better start now." A low, guttural moan escapes him as he pulls Justin closer, tugs on the waist band of his boxer briefs to pull them off, and bends down slightly to lick Justin's neck while cupping the dancer's hardening cock.
The End

Date: 2013-09-03 12:39 pm (UTC)Btw while I was reading it pictures kept coming into my mind of a certain dancer, and when Baryshnikov was mentioned my mind flickered onto Sex and the City as well, so finally I was embraced in a full RL and TV series cross over feeling. Niiiice. :D

Date: 2013-09-03 05:36 pm (UTC)I had to bring Mr.Baryshnikov in as a 'guest character' not because of SITC (which I never really watched, tbh ) but as reminder to one of Linda's (and myself... ) most amazing films Turning Point.

Date: 2013-09-03 02:08 pm (UTC)This story is great, V., from Justin and Daphne being principal dancers to Ted being the artistic director - you even managed to put Misha in there, too!
Very clever how you used the name 'The Turning Point' to describe the situation B and J were in.
Thank you so much for this ballet birthday gift. It's just perfect, and I know I'll read it a ton of times in the future, just to picture Justin in his tights dancing his ass off. LOL
*Hugs you*
