Part 7

"Thank god you're here. What took you so long?" Lindsay says. She's standing in the street at a safe distance from Justin's apartment building carrying two huge bags. "But wait, where's Brian?"

"He said he needed to be some place." Ben shrugs his shoulders.

"Good thing he didn't say something came up." Mel says, holding JR's hand as Justin pops out with Gus right behind him.

"Are you out of your mind? He can see you here." Michael's almost having a panic attack.

"It's okay, I'm driving down there with the girls. We're just leaving. We're dropping the kids at aunt Molly's first. She just moved to the neighborhood." Justin smiles.

Gus jumps inside his mom's car showing a V sign with his fingers.

"Gus is still so excited about DOMA and prop 8 being overruled," Lindsay says out loud. "But he doesn't know what's about to happen later today. We'll tell him later." She whispers in Michael's ear.

"I wanna hear a secret, too. " JR says.

"Okay… we better get going. Meet you there. Good luck." Michael says after they all hug.

Minutes after Lindsay's packed SUV disappears around the curb Brian shows up grinning mysteriously.
