"Do you miss it?" Justin asks quietly.

"What?" Brian's raspy voice answers.

"The thumpa thumpa… spending new year's eve surrounded by naked men, partying with 150 of your closest friends…" Justin says.

"I'm here with you, lying in front of our huge TV waiting to watch the ball drop." Brian replies softly.

"I can't believe it. " Justin smiles, and lifts his head to gently kiss his partner."

"That I'm here with you or that I've mentioned the ball?" Brian says, his fingers lazily caressing Justin's blond strands.

"That your skin still looks flawless after all these years." Justin says, sliding his fingers across Brian's forehead, following the line of his structured jaw line, taking the time to glide further down to the hidden dimple in his cheek.

"I mean even the welcoming warmth of a climate-controlled office you spend your days in can affect it." Justin continues.

"I try to stay in other climate controlled spaces as well… you know." Brian huffed.

"And to think we used to stand outside in the cold…" Justin giggles.

"There’s no better cure for winter skin woes than a bottle of your go-to moisturizer." Brian explains.

"Especially if it's the incredibly expensive kind." Justin adds.

"Well…lotion may provide enough protection" Brian answers right back. "Plus as years go by you do have to make moisturizers more effective."

"Are you trying to seduce me, Mr.Kinney?" Justin rolls over on the mattress to get on Brian's lap. Brian pulls his head back and leans on the headboard allowing Justin more room. His eyelids flutter as Justin's tongue finds the sweet spot behind his ear.

"I was merely pointing out a few simple facts…" Brian whispers.

"Stop!" Justin orders quietly, his lips latching onto Brian's, his tongue begging to get in.

"Wait…I think I see one." he suddenly lifts his head.

"What?... you freak" Brian protests.

"A new wrinkle… right here." Justin says.

"I think it's time we step into the shower." Brian sounds amused.

"As satisfying as a steamy shower can be on a cold winter’s night, basking in too much scalding water can strip your skin of much of its moisture." Justin goes along with the conversation.

"Oh… good," Brian cheers " That would give us a reason to get all wet and moist all over again. As long as we won't miss the ball… and our midnight kiss." He says lovingly after a slight pause.
