I would have to say the original BH90210. It started off as a very good show which went beyond the stereotype of "The cool guy", "The stupid blond" and so on and introduced us to the lives of teenages in America in early 1990's.
I wasn't a teen anymore back then But I loved this show the first time I watched it on a trip to the US in 1991.
(Come on, who can resist TEH pool scene?!...)
The first 4 seasons where very good with intersting storylines and lots of ups and downs for the main characters. but as Darren Star (who created the show ) left and the 'kids' graduated from HC (Donna Martin graduate!! YAY!! ) Things rapidly started to go off track and got more and more OOT.
If I could change anything about the show I would end it after they all finished HC, I guess.
Sometimes it's best to have an open ending ;)

Date: 2012-05-02 07:09 am (UTC)It seemed that simply every single character had to end in a triangle sooner or later. And Kelly practically jumped from one triangle to another. That was annoying.
But then... there's barely a show that ended as strong or even stronger than it started.

You're right, there aren't may shows that ended up stronger than it started. That's why I appreciate QAF for going out leaving us wanting more ;)
