"Briaan" Justin's husky voice broke the silence in the bedroom.

"Can I ask you something?" a blond bed head surfaced from under the covers.

Brian lifted himself from the mattress. "It's fucking 4 in the morning..." he snorted.

"Yeah, but we've just had amazing sex... plus you can sleep in tomorrow, because it's Sunday." Justin pleaded.

Brian turned around in bed to face his partner.

"Do you have any regrets?" Justin asked quietly.

"Why?" Brian lifted an eye brow.

"For becoming monogamous". Justin answered. ".... Do you feel differently now?" he said after a brief pause.

"Of course I do" Brian smiled and leaned over to kiss the blond.

Justin smiled back, and nestled his head on Brian's bare chest. "I mean do you feel our relationship before were less meaningful, when we were tricking?"

"I thought I told you before, tricking meant nothing to me," Brian whispered, "it wasn't love. It was pain management..."

"What if we've never met? you would probably be tricking forever, it's a part of who you are." Justin wouldn't let go.

"But we did meet" Brian said, holding on to a strand of blond hair. "and... it's not a part of who I am anymore. You are. You always were. Nothing will change that. There wasn't a moment in which I stopped loving you, don't you know that? my heart broke each time I saw how much pain I caused you, not just because of those random tricks, but because I couldn't just open my damn mouth and tell you how I feel. You always meant the world to me, but... I wanted to feel you even closer. I can't explain it, but that's how I felt, and that's why I told you I was ready for it."

"Good thing you did" Justin whispered under his breath, "because I feel the same way".

"I know " Brian sighed and wrapped Justin's smaller frame in a warm embrace.
