"The Schmidt's invited us to their house warming party on Saturday," Brian announces as he enter into the kitchen after 18 hours day at the office.
"So they're finally going ahead with that? that's great," Justin beams.
"Mmm, I'd like to go ahead with something as well," Brian whispers into Justin's mouth and licks the blond's lower lip.

-Saturday Evening-
Ted and Blake moved a few blocks down the street from where Michael and Ben lived.
Brian can't conceal a twitch of discomfort as he and Justin enter the house.
"Over here," Ted calls cheerfully. The gang were already sitting in the back yard while Blake was standing by the BBQ.
"Got to hand it to you Theodore, you managed to pull quite a full house here," Brian smiles and pats Ted on the back.
"Hey, Brian could you come here please?" Justin calls. Brian can't be more grateful for the unexpected stifle.
"Yes, dear... what is it?" Brian answers dramatically.
"I… um, we need to help Ted bring something from the basement," Justin mumbles absentmindedly. The boy is obviously horny as hell if that's the only excuse he could find to lure Brian into the house.
" I didn't know this place has a basement," Brian enjoys that little game, despite the twitch in his cock.
"Oh well, now you know," Justin giggles, and nods towards Cynthia who sits next to him.
Justin excuses himself from the table and grabs Brian's hand trying to hide his own visible erection.
One more polite nod to the hosts and then they are walking past Blake and Ted's living room running up the stairs to search for the guest bedroom.
"Let's snoop around a little first," Brian teases.
"Come on, Briaan, I'm horny as hell," Justin whispers, reaching out to his well packed jeans.
"So I've noticed," Brian giggles as they enter the guest bedroom. "Check this out!" he sounds impressed as he browses through several art books on the bed side table.
"I always knew our Teddy had a thing for porny distractions but that's really … good," Brian notes pulling Justin on the bed beside him.
"Put it down!" Justin chuckles "let's just fuck in the bathroom and get out of here."
Brian doesn't answer.
He lifts himself up from the bed and opens one of the drawers in the bed side table.
"Hmm…interesting, very interesting," he says in a husky sarcastic voice, driving Justin crazy. Brian throws himself back on the bed. Justin moves closer to his husband and leans against him, looking over his shoulder as Brian sets out several small cardboard boxes on the bed.
"Hmm... What do we have here? The Broom- for the best sex you've ever had," Brian reads the label and takes a long shiny silicon device out of the box.
"Wait, have you seen this? The mower- faster, deeper, harder than everything you've ever known," Justin reads yet another label and takes out a 9 inch black shiny dildo out of it's black box.
"I guess we have no choice, but to sample the merchandise," Brian says under his breath. A shiver of anticipation runs down Justin's spine as Brian gets up to lock the door and turns on a little lave lamp that stands on the dresser.

-An hour later-
"Who knew life in the suburbs could be so… exciting?" Brian giggles into Justin's ear as they are still lying on the bed in Ted and Blake's guest room, letting the wave of pleasure wind down and trying to even their breath.
