so the weekend has arrived,and with it a very unfamiliar and unwelcome "gift"-lower back pains>.<
you see,I knew it would come to this,I mean at my age (ok,if you insist I can tell you GH is 3 yrs younger then me LOL ) but could never have imagined how uncomfortable it would be.
I work 5 days a week,I stand before my students for about 5 to 8 hours everyday,not to mention having to walk to and from the bus station and sometime not being able to find a seat on the bus...
I know I should wear comfortable shoes to work,but I hate wearing trainers!! I wear low heal boots and on other days my beloved converce snickers,but still,you can't avoid the side affects,can you??
my dad,who just turned 70 a few weeks ago had this to say when I told him about my "problem",he said welcome to the club LOL

so,while I'm ranting,I just have to point out that one of my fav online sites was removed without a warning.
it's E!online,which I loved a lot because it had lots of cute gossip and celebrity pics.I think it's really rude to remove a site just like that,and right in the middle of the award season... good thing I still have People.com ;)

and on a lighter note,
